How do I get my ticket after purchase?

You will find your ticket immediately in the 'My Tickets' section. It contains a unique QR code for entry.

Can I share my ticket with someone else?

Yes, you can share the ticket image, but the QR code is valid for one scan only at the entrance.

How do I pay via Whish Money?

Select Whish Money to get a reference number. Pay at any Whish branch to automatically activate your ticket.

What if I have a payment issue?

Make sure to keep your payment receipt and contact us immediately via the support button below.
